Well I'd have to say this equipment is awesome. Heavy duty build. I was friends of Dave Draper "The Blonde Bomber ", 1950 to 70s pro. Dave would of definitely had this equipment in his World Gym in Santa Cruz CA. I'm using it for rehabilitation and it's perfect. We're smooth mechanical movement and just stable as a Cornerstone of of an old built building. I'd call it a Pyramid Cornerstone, the one tool you must have in your gym. My legs burn using it and I get such a solid, isolated pounding on my legs I can barely walk when I crawl of this beast. I'm 6ft 3in at 268lbs, I wish I had this tool back in the 90s my bouncing bodyguard bounty hunting years. I also spent 20 in Jiu Jitsu competition and would of love to of had this to strengthen my ground game. Anyway I'm very happy I found you'all.

I purchased this leg extension/curl machine from Gronk fitness last month for my boxing and fitness gym. The quality and build of this machine is incredible, and the functionality is amazing. Good, sturdy, solid machine. I use a resistance band to help even out the leg curls. I think it's a good machine that will last a long time. If this combo machine is what you're looking for, it gets the job done well.
I’m honestly very disappointed. I own other gronk machines but this leg extension is a let down. You pay all this money and expect a solid machine but the second you put two 45lb plates on it and start moving the weight you can see and feel the whole frame start to twist. This machine is also nothing like the rest of the gronk line products. The paint is a gloss when everything else is matte. The frame of oval tubing when everything else is square. And the seat material is completely different. Half the reason you buy from the same company is uniformity across machines but this sticks out like a sore thumb. Don’t spend all you money on something that isn’t built to the price point.
Very disappointing. I have other gronk products and love it. I don’t know what is going on with this leg extension. Function wise it’s not as beefy as you’d expect with how much you pay for it. 90lbs on hamstring curls and the whole thing twists from the weight moving. It’s only a matter of time before something breaks. On top of that everything is different about this than the other front products. It has a different paint, different seat material. Rounded frame tubing when the other products are square. I would rather spent this amount of money on a beefier leg extension.
The box came all messed up and several pieces of the frame are all scratched up and 2 of them were bent. But I straightened them best as I could and it works okay
Picked this up about 6 months ago and it has been a staple of my leg days. Wanted to wait to review it so I really got to use it and give feedback. All around it’s one of the best dual machines out there that is plate loaded. Selectorized will always be best but if you are on a budget for your home gym this is the perfect fit to give you everything you need for leg curls and leg extensions. Can even use it to do crunches if you get super creative :)
Love the plate loaded leg machine! It’s been a game changer for leg day in the home gym. Had a minor issue after several months of use and Jacob in the service department got me a replacement part in no time. Highly recommend. Stay strong, love leg day!

Equipment arrived exceptionally fast…. however…. it looked as if it was a returned item or had been packaged years ago. Packaging was shredded, with yellowing tape, dirty reused bubble wrap and broken up pieces of styrofoam inside the box that, NOT surprisingly, didn’t hold together using just two straps and weak tape to contain the equipment. In fact, it was obvious the straps were used as handles to lift the boxes along the way which cut halfway through each box, providing an opening for pieces of equipment to hang out and get scratched. Because the items were NOT secured to or in the box, the hardware package was also damaged resulting in it tearing leaving two missing bolts. Is that really why the ridiculous notion of “package insurance” is offered? Have had many of pieces of gym equipment delivered with NO issues or missing parts. Package it right the first time and save the hassle of having to repair/replace items damaged in transit. This is no cheap investment and the packaging is a reflection of brand quality …. It deserves better packaging worthy of the equipment. On that note, the only reason it’s not a Five Star review is due to the hassle of having to make a trip to the hardware store to replace two missing bolts and the unearned scratches on new equipment. Other than that, the Gronk Fitness Leg Curl / Extension machine is OUTSTANDING ! The quality of the parts from the thickness of the steel to the stiffness of the padding on the seats is commercial grade. Once fully assembled, it provides smooth operation, adjusts well to user’s preferences and is solid feeling. I am not a small human so the extra-large seat and backrest provide plenty of comfort and support. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a seriously solid built leg machine that functions very well and is capable of accommodating larger individuals with ease. The last item to note is that whenever I have called customer service with questions or concerns about the equipment I wanted to/did order, I received nothing but great support…. a true rarity these days that is genuinely appreciated! Highly recommend Gronk Fitness !
The overall machine will be fine, it feels very sturdy after assembly and will outlast me by a long time. But I do have several items I think you would like to know about: One, the shipping. There were holes in the boxes where parts had poked through. Upon opening the package, the parts were in disarray and one mounting tab was bent (See photos. I was able to straighten the tab with a large Crescent wrench so not a big deal). Two, You probably know how difficult it is to get your ankles behind the leg roller when starting a leg extension and you have some weight on the bar. The leg roller gets tucked all the way under the seat and its not easy to get your feet in there. Can you engineer a sort of "kick stand" that would rotate on the resting bolt and have it hold the plate holder out front while you adjust the leg roller to the right position? Then at the beginning of the set, lift the leg roller and the kick stand rotates out of the way. I put up a photo with a proto-type piece of lumber (/s). I'm sure you can come up with something nice that could hold the bar both for extensions and curls when going the other way. Three: the grab handles are too low for me to get a good grip. Granted, I'm only 5'8" but that's not that small. An easy fix would be to add a second mounting hole at the rear of the grip mounting plate. This way, the front bolt becomes a pivot point and you select which rear mounting hole best suits your grip range when assembling the machine. This one would take very little material and provide the user with two settings to choose from. Overall, an affordable machine that should put up with plenty of use. I would gladly give five stars with minor improvements.

My leg extension/hamstring curl works great. Other reviews complained about assembly instructions. Instructions were fine, had corresponding pictures and well labeled hardware. As far as the critics about the foam, not seeing a problem. Heavy duty machine that works well.

Solid construction and great features. Even better, it really provides a fantastic leg extension and leg curl workout. Switching between the two motions only takes about thirty seconds, primarily spent unloading and then reloading the weghts. Unfortunately, the packaging notes it was not manufactured in the USA; it was built in China.

I was somewhat concerned when I first saw the two boxes that Fed Ex had dropped off. One of the boxes had a few wear holes and I saw a portion of one of the parts sticking out. Thankfully that area is not visible and the scratches weren't horrible. The installation went flawlessly. Every bolt, washer, and nut was accounted for. The machine is a quality piece that you would normally see in a commercial gym. When I first used the leg extension I was very pleased with how smoothly it moved and the continous tension on the quad. The same for the leg curl. All in all very happy!

This is built like a tank, the mechanism does not flex when you load weight. I tried the "35 lb hack" and the resistance profile is good, not great. I also have hooked this to my low-cable weight stack and the resistance profile is better. The problem with this is that the wheels on this unit are too small, I have to _use a movers dolly_ to access both sides of the cable for extension and curls.
Works great. I enhanced the strength curve by putting a weight plate on the pin stop. Looks great too. Great value for the $$$
The assembly manual could have been better along with a YouTube video that wasn’t so zoomed in and fast. Also I have emailed customer support about what the two rubber pieces are I can’t figure it out maybe weight stoppers?

I was absolutely blown away by the sturdy construction and overall build quality of this machine. It’s built like a tank and looks like an SRT Hellcat. The unit fits right in sitting next to the other high-end pieces in my home gym. Even the pictures fail to capture just how imposing and menacing it is compared to the first time you actually set eyes on it. Nothing about this machine feels cheap. The padding is robust and extremely comfortable, they used high quality bearings... There was no skimping or cut corners whatsoever... Every component in the assembly is quality, and it's an absolute steal at this price point. The Gronk Leg Extension/Curl was exactly what I had been looking for and has finally filled the missing link in my leg training repertoire.
Machine is very well made. Chose this over the Titan brand simply because of quality. Did not disappoint. And customer service is top notch.
I really like the machine. I think it’s probably one of the higher quality plate loaded machines available. However the front piece on the floor could be made of thicker steel or add a brace on the backside of where you adjust the rollers. When doing leg curls or leg extensions there is some movement. That could be easily fixed with another metal brace to the floor or connecting it to the back floor piece.
Negatives: As with many of these machines, there isn't much resistance at the beginning of the movement. It's a chore to switch from leg extentions to leg curls - you have to remove the weights and stretch your arms to pull the release while moving the lever to the other position. Positives: Very solid quality for residential gym equipment. All components feel and look high end. Honest company with unbelievably great customer service. There was some confusion with my order, and the company took responsibility and was quick to make things right. I will definitely be ordering future equipment here due to the quality and customer service.

I received two boxes containing the parts for my new Gronk leg extension/leg curl. The boxes were in bad shape. Fortunately, there was no damage to the parts. It took me from 9:30 am until 2:15 pm to assemble the machine. The big problem I ran I to was fitting the bottom leg roller to the machine. The tolerance was too tight. I love the 11 guage steel and the thick foam rollers. The slip proof vinyl is superb. This machine is heavy duty and sells at a great price. I'm very proud to have this in my gym.

I’m really impressed with the quality of my Gronk leg extension and curl machine. It’s built solid and feels very stable, even when using heavier weights. The transition between leg extensions and curls is smooth and easy to adjust. The padding is comfortable, making longer workouts much more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great addition to my home gym and perfect for building leg strength.

The product itself is fantastic. Super solid, does exactly what you want. I am 6’9” and it fits me so bonus points there. If you’re tall, know that this will work for you. Only negatives were the shipping packaging and assembly instructions. Packaging was sloppy- no real damage to it though. And the instructions were pretty confusing, the YouTube video showing how to assemble does nothing by either. Needs to be way more detailed. It took me over an hour to build.
