The Body-Solid SP10 is a single 10 lb selectorized stack plate for compatible Body-Solid machines. It adds 10 lb of resistance to a selectorized weight stack — the plate only, not a full stack or a machine.
The plate is cast from ASTM Grade 20 iron. Confirm pin-hole and guide-rod fit on your Body-Solid model before installing.
