Garrett joined the G&G team in 2020. He has an extensive background in biology and nutrition, including many years of experience as a personal trainer.
Garrett says, "Whether you're just starting out or an experienced athlete, when you’re ready to take the next step in your fitness journey, I'll make sure you have everything you need to achieve your goals from home, even if that means taking the time to work with you to create the plan of how to achieve them."
When he's not assisting his clients at the G&G Fitness Equipment showroom in Indianapolis, he enjoys spending in the wilderness, whether snowboarding, hiking, or just camping. Garrett says nothing beats getting exercise outside. Garrett participates in competitive weightlifting and races, triathlons or CrossFit events that push his limits.
